It is clear now that COVID 19 impacts the most vulnerable. Our life without the love of our elders will be empty. The crisis has asked us to take special care of our elders. We need to be proactive in reaching out to them on a regular basis. It is also our responsibility to support them during this crisis in educating them. It could be as simple as making a phone call to them, sharing a joke or singing for them in order to take care of their mental and emotional wellbeing.
