Tik Tok के जवाब में तैयार किया गया कथित भारतीय शॉर्ट वीडियो ऐप Mitron को गूगल प्ले स्टोर से हटा लिया गया है. आपको बता दें कि पिछले कुछ समय से ये ऐप काफी तेजी से पॉपुलर हो रहा है, लेकिन ये डिबेट अभी भी जारी है कि ये ऐप भारत का है या नहीं.
हमने Mitron ऐप के क्रिएटर्स से बात करने की कोशिश की तो उन्होंने बताया कि वो अपनी आईडेंटिटी नहीं जाहिर करना चाहते हैं और फिलहाल वो ऐसे ही काम करेंगे. हालांकि बाद में उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले समय में वो अपनी जानकारी पब्लिक करेंगे.
रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक गूगल ने इसे स्पैम और मिनिमम फंक्शनैलिटी पॉलिसी के वॉयलेशन के लिए इसे गूगल प्ले स्टोर से हटा दिया है. गूगल की इस पॉलिसी में कहा गया है कि दूसरे ऐप्स के कॉन्टेंट में बिना बदलाव किए या कुछ ऐड करके अपलोड करना पॉलिसी के खिलाफ है.
कुल मिला कर गूगल की ये पॉलिसी ये कहती है कि कॉपी पेस्ट ऐप - यानी ऐसे ऐप्स जो दूसरे ऐप्स से पूरी तरह मेल खाते हैं और इनके कोड में कोई बदलाव न हो तो उसे कंपनी हटा देती है. लेकिन सवाल ये है कि ये ऐप काफी समय से गूगल प्ले स्टोर पर है, तब ये कदम कंपनी ने क्यों नहीं उठाया.
गौरतलब है कि भारत में एंटी चाइना सेंटिमेंट बन रहा है और इसी क्रम में चीनी ऐप्स और प्रॉडक्ट्स के रिप्लेसमेंट पर लोग ध्यान दे रहे हैं. Mitron ऐप नया तो नहीं है, लेकिन दावा किया गया की ये भारत का है. लेकिन इस दावे में सच्चाई कितनी कह पाना मुश्किल है.

हालांकि एक रिपोर्ट में पाकिस्तानी स्टार्टअप के सीईओ इरफान शेख ने कहा है कि डेवेलपर इसे जैसे चाहे यूज कर सकते हैं, क्योंकि सोर्स कोड को पैसे दे कर हमसे खरीदा गया है. हालांकि उन्हें ये आपत्ति जताई है कि इसे भारतीय ऐप कहा जाना सही नहीं होगा, क्योंकि इसका सोर्स कोड पाकिस्तानी है.
CNBC TV-18 की एक रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि गूगल ने अब Mitron ऐप को रेड फ्लैग्ड कर दिया है और सस्पेंड कर दिया है. कंपनी ने पॉलिसी के उल्लंघन का हवाला दिया है.
